Delivery time and transport
Orders are accepted and processed the next working day. Delivery time is approximately 1 week after placing the webshop order. Shipping takes place with transport company DPD, UPS or a comparable carrier. You will receive a confirmation e-mail on the day of dispatch. You will then receive an e-mail from the carrier with a track & trace code.

In our webshop, you can easily pay with iDeal, PayPal, Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard) and Maestro.

Returns & replacement defective/damaged orders
Before returning always contact us at info@ple-led.com. Please enclose with the return: completed return form, a copy of the order confirmation, printout of mail communication. Any photos can be mailed to info@ple-led.com. You can address the return to:

Distance selling law:
As a consumer, when making purchases over the internet, you are entitled to a ‘cooling-off period’ of 14 working days after delivery of the product. Within this period, you can return a product without giving reasons. You must pay the freight costs for the return shipment yourself. You are responsible for the return shipment, we recommend doing this in consultation with PLE. We will transfer the purchase price once we have the items back in our possession.
